摘要
消防培训是消防工作的重要组成部分,是提高国民消防素质的有效途径,在保障公共消防安全方面发挥着重要作用,而我国目前的消防培训无论在数量和质量上都远远满足不了社会需求,消防培训的规范化、制度化还需进一步加强。对当前我国消防培训现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并对完善我国消防培训制度作了一些思考和探讨。
Fire training is all part of fire work and valid approach of improving people＇ s fire preventing sense. It is also foundation to realize the socialization of fire work. Fire training plays an important part in maintaining society stability and guaranteeing public fire safety. Regardless of the quantity and quality, it can＇ t meet social needs. The standardization and system of fire training is still to be strengthened. Whereas the circumstance, the text analyses the reality and the problems in fire training, and make some study in perfecting our country＇s fire training system.
