摘要
聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)黏度发生改变会影响原油采收率.采用黏度计测定了HPAM在不同相对分子质量、质量浓度、转速、pH值、不同种类盐条件下黏度的变化,得出了HPAM稳定性较好的适宜条件.结果表明,正离子对黏度的影响较大;当pH值大于8.0时,HPAM溶液黏度相对较稳定.
Polyacrylamide (HPAM), as an oil displacement agent, has played a vital role in tertiary oil recovery. The key to how HPAM is used is its chemical stability, but HPAM would be disintegrated under many conditions. The viscosity is an important parameter which shows the stability of HPAM in aqueous solution. It may be noted that the smaller the loss percentage of the viscosity, the better the stability of HPAM. In practice, the viscosity of the polymer are affected by many factors such as shearing action, hot function, salty function, which also lead to the change of the recovery efficiency. In this paper, the law of viscosity is discussed in different conditions, and the best condition of the stability of HPAM is arrived at. The results show that when the value of pH is more than 8.0, the viscosity of the HPAM is relatively stable.
