摘要
本文首次用多重分形理论研究发动机的机械故障状态,计算了气阀在不同机械状态下的广义Renyi维数谱。指出无论气阀的机械状态如何,缸盖的振动均为确定性混沌振动。提出对气阀漏气判断参数应为一个的猜测,并做了验证。同时还给出故障特征参数及判据,为发动机振动非平稳信号的处理。
The paper is first to study machine fault condition of engine by using the multifractals theory, and then to evaluate generalized Renyi dimensional spectrum under different machine conditions of valve as well as to point out the vibration of cylinder head of engine that may be a chaotic vibration yielded by deterministic characters under whatever machine conditions of valve. A guess at that the factor to be used in diagnosing leak gas of valve may be only one factor has been tested, at the same time the characteristic factor of fault diagnosis is given. The purpose of the paper tries to find out an efficient way to proccessing instable signals of vibration of a engine.
