摘要
应用德国汉诺威焊接过程分析仪,通过调整保护气流量、改变母材表面状态、堆焊第二道焊缝、调整对焊板高度差等,引入5种干扰信号,分析在上述特定焊接过程下,药芯焊丝CO_2焊过程电信号的特征。研究结果表明:对于焊接过程中由于外界干扰引起的变化,可以通过焊接电流、电压概率密度分布(PDD曲线)中短路过程对应区段得到很好地判识;对于时间较短(相对于采样时间)的瞬时干扰因素,采用小区段采集分析的方法,也可将特征信号对应区段很好地提取出来。
The stability and quality of the welding process can be reflected by the electrical signal of welding arc with the help of Analyzer Hannover(AH XV).The welding process with five disturbing signals,such as the changing of protecting gas feed rate,the surface condition of base metal,the second pass weld of surfacing and the difference in height of the butt plate was analyze and the electrical signal characteris- tics of CO_2 shielded flux cored arc welding process was investigatod.The results show that all the changes caused by the disturbing could be di- agnosed by the corresponded zone in the PDD curve of welding current and voltage.For transient disturbing signal with short time period(ac- cording to sampling time),mini-sector diagnosis method is provided for its analysis and characteristic signal with better quality can be extrac- ted.
