摘要
目的:从凤眼莲(Eichhornia crassipes)叶片和茎部分别提取多糖,研究其免疫生物活性。方法:采用盐水浸提、Sevag法脱蛋白、醇沉淀、柱分离纯化。结果:经DEAE-Sephadex A-25柱层析纯化后得到组分多糖EC1和EC2,糖含量分别为74.4%和89.6%。元素分析表明EC1和EC2均含有Ca、Mg、Zn、K、P、Fe、Mn、Cu、S、Si十种无机元素。以完全酸水解、纸层析、红外光谱分析其可能为单一D-葡萄糖组成。从免疫功能低下的小鼠免疫功能恢复实验得出其具有提高免疫功能的作用且不影响体重。结论:凤眼莲叶片和茎部提取的多糖具有免疫生物活性。
Objective:To extract Polysaccharide separately from the leaves and pedicels of Eichhronia crassipes,study was conducted on its immune biological activity.Methods:The Polysaccharide was extracted with brine,taken off protein by the Sevag method,precipitated with alcohol in turn and further purified by column. Results:Polyoses EC1 and EC2 with the sugar content of 74.4% and 89.6% of each were acquired through the column(DEAE-Sephadex A-25).The elementary analysis indicated that ten inorganic elements of Ca,Mg ,Zn K,P,Fe ,Mn,Cu ,S and Si were contained in EC1 and EC2 .The acid hydrolysis, paper chromatography and FT- IR analysis,showed that they were composed of single D- grape sugar. The Polysaecharide had effect on improving immune function of the low immune function mice in their immune function regaining experiments and did not affect their weight in the meanwhile. Conclusion:This Polysaccharide which was isolated from the leaves and pedeceh of Eichhronia crassipes had immune biological activity.
