脑弥漫性星形细胞瘤术后复发相关因素分析

摘要 目的 探讨脑弥漫性星形细胞瘤手术后复发因素。方法 回顾性分析延大附院1995~2000年脑弥漫性星形细胞瘤同类同级别不同型病例60例,均经手术、病理证实。根据术前、术后颅脑CT、MRI检查及部分病例二次手术病理检查,分析术中肿瘤切除范围、术后放疗、化疗。结果 60例患者CT、MRI复查见肿瘤影和/或明显占位效应。提示肿瘤复发。结论 脑弥漫性星形细胞瘤复发,与肿瘤切除范围、术后放化疗有关。大范围切除肿瘤、系统放、化疗可延缓肿瘤复发。
