摘要
研究了Nomarski棱镜的设计理论和方法,分析了Nomarski棱镜的分束角、相干平面位置、相干平面倾角与棱镜各参数之间的相互关系,在此基础上获得了一个实用的Nomarski棱镜设计结果.
The basic theory and method of Nomarski prisms designing is presented in this paper. The parameters such as splitting angle and plane of apparent splitting of the Nomarski prisms in DIC microscopic system are calculated according to the principles of the ray path calculation, on the basis of which a practicable result of Nomarski prisms designing can be obtained.
