海口市集体幼儿及家长口腔卫生知识和行为调查 被引量：4

摘要 目的了解海口市3～5岁集体儿童口腔卫生知识和行为,为口腔健康教育及口腔保健措施提供指导。方法采用分层,不等比,整群随机抽样调查。自行设计调查问卷对海口市幼儿园3～5岁幼儿和家长进行口腔卫生知识及行为调查。结果幼儿乳牙患龋率77.54%,充填率3.28%,幼儿的口腔卫生行为与口腔卫生意识和家长的卫生知识水平及行为有关。结论老师及家长应共同指导监督幼儿口腔卫生行为,建立幼儿口腔健康档案,定期检查,及时预防和治疗龋齿。
