摘要
针对宽带钢热连轧机工作辊严重的“猫耳朵”磨损和局部低点磨损的现象,分析了局部不均匀磨损的特点、形成原因以及对板形的影响。通过1800mm热连轧机不同窜辊方式对不均匀磨损的作用分析,提出了适合热连轧机的窜辊方式,经过现场应用证明,该窜辊方式可以减小局部磨损,改善带钢板形质量。
The eat-ears wear and the local low point wear of the work rolls appeared in the 1800mm tandem hot rolling process. Aiming at the problem, the wear traits, the forming reasons and the influence on the strip shape was analyzed. The work roll shifting influence on the local wear in the roll service cycle was studied , and a suitable work roll shifting was proposed. It proved that the local wear was minished and the quality of the strip shape was improved after being applied.
