摘要
目的探讨补肾活血方有效部位群(BSHXR)对更年期综合征大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法选用鼠龄12个月以上的雌性SD大鼠作为更年期模型,研究补肾活血方对更年期SD大鼠的抗氧化作用及对子宫质量指数的影响。结果BSHXR的高、低剂量组均能显著提高血浆超氧化物歧化酶活力(P<0.001),显著抑制血清的羟自由基(P<0.05)和H2O2(P<0.01)的产生,高剂量有显著提高总抗氧化能力作用(P<0.05)。BSHXR高剂量组对卵巢组织抗羟自由基能力和抗超氧阴离子自由基能力有显著提高的作用(P<0.05)。BSHXR高、低剂量对更年期大鼠子宫质量指数及体质量的影响均不显著。结论BSHXR对更年期SD大鼠具有一定的抗氧化作用。
Objective To investigate the antioxidation action of the effective fractions of Bushen Huoxue Recipe （BSHXR）, a Chinese herbal medicinal preparation for tonifying kidney and invigorating blood circulation, in the treatment of menopausal model rats（ MPRs ）. Methods Female SD rats older than 12 months, which met the menopausal model were collected and randomly divided into saline, BSHXR （ low dose, high dose） , and nilestriol groups. The drugs were administered for 11 days. The antioxidation and the changes in weight of uterus were analyzed. Results In two BSHXR and nilestriol groups, the activity of SOD in serum was significantly increased, and serous hydroxy radical and H202 were inhibited obviously. Furthermore, the total antioxidant activity was significantly improved. However, the hydroxy radical and superoxide radical in ovary tissue were inhibited only in high dose group of BSHXR. The weight of uterus increased in each treatment group, while no body weight change of rats was recorded. Conclusion These results indicate that BSHXR has anti-oxidative action on menopausal model rats.
