Application Study to the Power System of Ultra-High Voltage Suspension Separator

摘要 根据高压悬浮电选机分选电场的特点,从改进悬浮电选机电源结构入手,采用LC回路提高电源自适应能力,加大恒流输出和反馈控制,设计了一种恒流高压直流电源系统,该系统对高压直流采用自动稳定性控制,提高了电源电压的稳定性和抗干扰能力,形成了较稳定的电晕电场,减轻了电晕电极间空气电离击穿现象,提高了工作电压,降低了控制难度。经过生产实践,获得了良好的分选指标。 According to the characteristic of separating electric field of high voltage suspension separator, the paper initiates with innovating the structure of power supply of suspension separator, applies LC circuit to enhance the self-adaptability of power supply, enhances the constant current output and feedback control, finally, designs a kind of constant current and high voltage DC power system. Automatic and stable control is applied to the high voltage DC, thus the stability of voltage of power supply and anti-jamming ability improves, more stable corona field is formed, the ionization puncture between the corona and the pole decreases, which lead to the increase of operation voltage and the decrease of control difficulty. The excellent separating index has been acquired in practical production.
