摘要
详细介绍了以地理信息系统(GIS)为基础的危险化学品泄漏事故的仿真及救援决策支持系统的设计结构与应用。本系统以MapX为开发工具,VB.NET为开发平台,实现了不同环境条件下的危险化学品泄漏扩散事故的仿真及其后果预测。该系统同时还具有计算不同应急救援部门的最短救援路径和查询应急资源信息的功能,为事故状态下的救援决策和应急管理提供了有力的支持。
The design and application of a simulation and rescue decision support system of hazardous chemical dispersion accidents are introduced in detail. Developed by using MapX and VB. NET, simulation of hazardous chemical dispersion accidents under different environmental conditions is realized. This system possesses decision support features including displays of dispersion map of the released chemical, the shortest paths for rescue performed by different emergency response agencies as well as estimation of the number of the impacted human and query of emergence response resources. This system provides support for rescue decision and emergence management in accident.
