摘要
大容量汽轮机组是一个复杂的机电系统,具有故障率高和故障危害性大的特点。因此,为了避免出现严重的后果,对汽轮机组进行运行状态的监测和状态综合评价就很有必要。针对发电机组包含设备复杂,各子系统之间以及子系统与系统之间关联性强,运行时状态复杂,难以用精确方法确定其运行状态的现状,同时考虑模糊综合评价法中隶属度无显著性差异,从而无法得到合理的分析结果这一问题,提出了用灰色综合聚类分析法来对机组状态进行评价,根据各性能参数的劣化度计算得到系统/设备所属灰类,有效地克服了模糊综合评价法中隶属度差异小的问题。通过实例分析,该方法应用于发电设备状态评价时优于模糊综合评价法,有一定的实用价值。
In power station, the steam turbine unit of big capacity is a complicated electricity and machine system. It features the high rate of fault and the graveness of harm. So, it is necessary to monitor and evaluate the condition of the steam turbine unit for avoid the grievous result. Aiming at the problem of the complex equipment in power station and the strong assolication character of systems and subsystems, it is difficult to evaluate their condition accurately. At the same time, using the fuzzy synthetic judgment method, the membership grade have little difference sometimes, so it is difficult to get the rational result. Using the grey synthetic clustering method to evaluate the condition of the unit set and according to the inferiority degree get the grey type of the systems/equipment can solve the problem that the membership grade of fuzzy synthetic judgment method have little difference. By analysing of the instance, this method is better to apply to the evaluation of the generating electricity equipment than the fuzzy synthesis judgment method and it is of practical value.
