骨性关节炎软骨细胞的凋亡和中药干预 被引量：2

摘要 骨关节病（osteoarthritis，OA）是关节炎中最常见的一种，在美国30岁以上人群中，仅膝关节OA的发病率就为6％，是老年人疼痛和致残的主要原因之一，占残疾成人的17％。1995年国际OA专题会议提出了OA的最新定义：认为骨性关节炎是力学和生物学因素共同作用下导致软骨细胞、细胞外基质以及软骨下骨三者降解和合成正常偶联失衡的结果。目前研究表明软骨细胞凋亡与OA进程密切相关。
