摘要
目的:建立紫甘蓝色素的提取纯化工业化工艺。方法:通过正交试验确定紫甘蓝色素的提取条件,再通过比较8种大孔树脂对提取液的静态吸附率及静态洗脱率,优选一种,进一步考察其分离紫甘蓝色素的吸附性能及洗脱参数。结果:按本实验确定的工艺,制得紫甘蓝色素色价(E11%cm520nm)为87.06,固形物收率为0.27%。结论:本实验确定的工艺可以很好地提取纯化紫甘蓝色素,适合于工业化生产。
Object: To establish technics for separating and purifying pigment of purple cabbage. Methods: To optimize the conditions of extracting by orthogonal test, and to select a type of macoroporous resin after comparing adsorption rate and elution rate with each others, the type of macoroporous resin selected was studied on adsorption capability and elution parameters to pigment of purple cabbage. Results : The colour value of purple cabbage pigment could reach (E1cm^1% 520nm) 87.06, the yield is 0. 27%. Conclusion: The technics was good to extract and purify the pigment of purple cabbage.
