摘要
目的探讨应用强脉冲光技术治疗面部毛细血管扩张的疗效及安全性。方法应用强脉冲光治疗仪治疗不同程度颜面毛细血管扩张81例,统计其病变程度、治疗参数、疗效及不良反应,并对结果进行分析。结果81例患者中病变程度分别为轻度27例、中度35例、重度19例。经3～6次治疗后,改善程度:优17例、良46例、一般18例、无效0例。治疗后反应:轻微37例、中度30例、严重14例。结论在面部毛细血管扩张治疗中应用强脉冲光技术是安全有效的,该技术是一种具有广泛应用前景的新技术。
Objective To explore a new method in the treatment of facial telangiectasias by intense pulsed light. Methods A total of 81 patients who suffered from telangiectasias were treated with a series of three or more treatments at 3- 4 week intervals using a intense pulsed light device .The treating physicians evaluated disease grade and skin type of patients before treatment. The patient and the treating physicians subjectively evaluated improvement in aspects of face telangiectasia and side effects. Results Disease grade before treatment： Ⅰ 27 cases; Ⅱ35 cases; Ⅲ 19 cases. Improvement： excellent 17 cases; good 46 cases; common 18 cases; no improvement 0 cases. Response after treatment： mild 37 cases; secondary 30 cases; serious 14 cases. Conclusion Intense pulsed light is an effective and safe technique for facial telangiectasias.
