摘要
针对频谱分析仪计量检定时指标数量多、工作量大、耗时长的特点,本文介绍了一种频谱分析仪的全自动检定系统,通过GPIB总线接口将所有测试仪器连成一体,使用LabVIEW开发系统的软件,通过PC进行控制,实现了对HP8563E型频谱分析仪的全自动检定。实验验证了该测试系统的可靠性以及结果的真实性。
Based on characteristics of more numbers of parameter, heavy workload and long time-consuming when the spectrum analyzer was measured and verified, the automatic test and calibrate system for spectrum analyzer was introduced in this paper. All the instruments were connected via the GPIB bus. The system software was developed with LabVIEW. This system can automatically detect the spectrum analyzer under a PC controller. In addition, it demonstrates the reliability of test system and authenticity of the result by testing.
