Twin-block矫治器的临床应用体会

摘要 目的Twin-block矫治器用于发育期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错合患者的矫治,了解颌面部硬组织变化情况。方法选择恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ1骨性下颌后缩患者21名,均戴用Twin-block矫治器,治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片,并进行矫正前后的X线头影测量分析比较。结果Twin-block矫治器治疗6-12个月后,所有患者面型突度减小,磨牙关系均达Ⅰ类或接近Ⅲ类关系,覆盖覆合明显减小。结论Twin-block矫治器不但能改善面部形态及口腔功能,还能纠正骨骼矢状不调。
