摘要
对影响注射成型过程质量的因素进行识别及分析,指出注射成型过程质量分析作为一个系统整体,从而依据系统辩证学的有关理论,阐述了其整体性、功能性和目标性、可控性、适应性等特征。结合具体实例介绍了基于SPC的注射成型过程质量控制的流程和基本方法。
The factors of influencing the procedure quality of injection molding was recognized and analyzed. The quality analysis on the injection molding process was taken as a system, which was discussed in terms of its features of entirety, functionality, objectives, controllability, and adaptability. The flow path and basic method for the SPC-based quality control of injection molding process were illustrated.
