摘要
科学道德失范的原因主要包括传统文化中消极因素的影响、科技体制和制度措施不够健全、科学道德教育的缺失等。树立和践行社会主义荣辱观是加强科技工作者科学道德建设的核心。科技工作者要以求实创新为荣、以弄虚作假为耻;要加强科学道德规范的约束,强化科技工作者的自律教育,完善科学道德硬件建设,改革我国现行的学术体制,淡化学术研究领域中的行政管理方式,加强媒体监督,纯洁学术氛围。
The reasons for misconducts of scientific morality include the effects of passive elements in traditional culture, soundless of science and technology system and instltution,the lack of scientific morality education. To set up and practice socialist outlook on honor and shame is the core of strengthening scientific morality construction of professionals in science and technology. Professionals in science and technology should honor to those who pursue truth and innovate and shame on those who make falsifications. We should strengthen the restriction of scientific morality criterla,improve self-discipllne education of professionals in science and technology and perfect hardware construction of scientific morality, reform the actual academic system, weaken the administration in academy fields,strengthen media supervision ,clean academic atmosphere.
