摘要
测定了不同纳米颗粒、分散剂、pH值和温度下的纳米流体的粘度,分析了粘度随这些因素的变化规律。结果表明,纳米流体粘度较基液有一定程度的增大,增加比例在1.002~1.182之间。在此基础上提出纳米流体粘度修正公式,经检验,在低浓度下该公式能较好地预测纳米流体的粘度。
Due to the excellent heat transfer and transportation properties, nanofluids have brought a new direction for heat transfer and industrial application. It's highly expected that nanofluids can enhance heat transfer performance without increasing pressure drop, so viscosity is one of the key properties of nanofluids. However, researches of nanofluids are only at the beginning steps, and there aren't all-around viscosity tests on the factors and a good equation to describe the viscosity of nanofluids. Several kinds of nanofluids, varied in their nano-particle, dispersant, pH value and temperature were prepared and the viscosity was measured to analyze the trends of viscosity on all the above factors. Based on the previous viscosity models for two-phases mixture, a new model was summed up for nanofluids. Compared model have verified that the model suited to with test values, the calculated values on the new predict the viscosity of nanofluids.
