摘要
研究了在微乳液OP存在下,SnⅣ与三甲氧基苯基荧光酮(TMPF)的显色反应。结果表明,在pH4·0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,SnⅣ与TMPF形成1:3的紫红色络合物,络合物的最大吸收峰位于552nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1·5×105L·mol-1·cm-1。10mL溶液中,SnⅣ量在0~10μg范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于铜合金中锡的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of reagent trimethoxyphenylflurone (TMPF) with Sn(Ⅳ) in the presence of micromulsion OP was studied, Results showed that the color reagent reacted with Sn(Ⅳ)) to form a stable purple-red complex(3 : 1) in the medium of HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 4.0. The maximum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity were 552 nm and 1.5×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,respectively. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-10μg/10 mL for Sn(Ⅳ). The method has been applied to the determination of micro Sn(Ⅳ) in copper alloy with satisfactory results.
