摘要
目的探讨环节质量管理在病区物品管理中的作用。方法对病区物品领取的计划、保管、使用、计价录入、登记、统计、成本核算、清单发放等多个环节,采用透明质量控制。结果物品计价合理,符合医院物品正常计价范围;杜绝了物品过期、失效、积压、浪费、丢失等现象的发生。增强了科室医护人员的责任心和主人翁精神,提高了患者及家属对科室及医院的信任感。结论加强对病区一次性物品各个环节的质量管理,是一种科学的、系统的、有效的管理方法。
Objective To explore the function of link quality control in goods management in the wards. Methods All of the links in the goods management like planning, storage, use, price-computation, registration, statistics, cost accounting, policies delivery were quality controlled in public. Results The price-computation was reasonable, keeping in the right range of goods price-computation in the hospital. Outdate, invalidation, overstock, waste and loss of goods were avoided. The responsibility and master spirits among the staff were enhanced and the trust of patients to the departments and the hospital was also consolidated. Conclusion The link quality control over disposable goods in the sick wards is scientific and systematic and effective.
