摘要 介绍一种基于静态安全约束和稳定性约束的地区电网可接入风电容量计算方法,给出相应的程序框图。该方法除考虑节点电压和输电线路功率2个静态安全约束条件外,还将静态稳定性约束和暂态稳定性约束作为限制因素,形成一个综合了各种约束条件的地区电网可接入风电容量计算程序,并以某地区电网为例,对计算方法的应用进行说明。考虑稳定性约束后,将能更合理地估计地区电网的可接入风电装机容量。 A calculation method of maximum wind power which can be integrated into the regional grid based on static security and stability constraints was introduced, and the calculation flow chart was introduced too. Besides the two static security constraints of node voltage and transmission power, the stability constraints were also considered in this method, including static stability constraints and transient stability constraints. The calculation process considered all the constraints was showed as a flow chart. A case study with this method on a project of wind farm integrating was done and some conclusions were produced. With considering the stability constraints, the critical wind power in a regional grid can be evaluated more reasonably.
