摘要
高职高专院校后勤国有资产管理存在家底不清、产权不顺等问题,为此应采取盘清家底与明晰产权、理顺关系与权责分开、建立健全国有资产管理制度、建立相关国有资产保值增值的财务指标考核体系、建立与完善国有资产管理的监督体系等措施。
There exist disorder and indistinction in higher vocational college logistics management, especially in property right and asset quantity. Therefore, relative measures should be made to maintain and appreciate value in national asset such as taking an inventory, clearing the property right, separating right from responsibility, establishing sound national asset management system, financial target and examination system for maintaining and appreciating national asset in value and perfect supervising system for national asset management.
