摘要
根据福建电力光通信网络现状和通信业务的新需求,分析了当前网络存在的主要问题,从网络结构、光通信设备、光缆线路、链路组织等方面提出了“十一五”光通信网络建设的主要技术措施,并给出了一个基于500 kV或220 kV电网光缆的覆盖省调、地调和500 kV厂站的合理、可行的光通信网络规划方案。
Based on the situation of Fujian electric power optical communication network and it's new demands for communication service, this paper analyses the main existing problems of current network, puts forward the main technical measures of optical com- munication network construction during the 11th Five-year Plan period from the aspects of network structure, optical communication equipment and optic cable links etc. The paper also provides a reasonable and feasible optical communication program covering the province and district dispatching centers, 500 kV substations as well as the power plants based on the 500 kV and 220 kV power line.
