摘要
在和谐校园创建中需要充分发挥高校管理人才的作用。完善高校管理人才价值转换的前提有:高校管理人才的自身素质、管理胜任力及人际关系协调能力。必须建构基于管理胜任力的绩效管理体系,建立有效的激励机制,创建和谐校园文化环境等促进高校管理人才的价值转换的有效架构。
It is essential for the administrative personnel to play their due role in constructing harmonious campus. To perfect the value of college administrative talents, we must try to improve administrators' personal quality, the ability to fit for administrating job and the ability to tackle the relationship between people, Constructing mark effective administration system, establishing of an effective encouragement scheme and creating a harmonious cultural campus are the effective ways of achieving value transaction among the administrative talents in college.
