提高全社会粮食统计数据质量的若干思考 被引量:2

摘要 随着粮食流通体制的改革,粮食统计范围由国有粮食企业向全社会粮食行业转变,但由于现行粮食统计制度和方法不够完善,非国有粮食企业对上报统计报表存在思想上的顾虑,粮食统计工作基础薄弱、缺乏有效的监督和约束机制等原因,使全社会粮食统计数据出现统计数据不完整、主观失实、报送不及时、数据适用性不强等问题。因此,探索提高全社会粮食统计数据质量的有效途径,以确保粮食宏观调控的实现就显得十分必要。 With the development of foodstuff circulating system, the range of statistic of foodstuff extends from state foodstuff enterprises to social foodstuff industry. However, owing to the faulty system of foodstuff statistic, the ineffective method, worries of private foodstuff firms, the weak foundation of foodstuff statistic and the lacking of effective supervising mechanism, there arise some problems such as fault data, delayed delivery, weak applicability and so on. In order to macroscopically control the foodstuff circulating system more effectively, exploring the way of improving data quality for foodstuff will be of vital necessity.
