小牛血去蛋白提取物眼凝胶治疗角膜上皮缺损的初步临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价小牛血去蛋白提取物(protein-free calf blood extract)眼凝胶治疗角膜上皮缺损的临床疗效。方法采用随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照方法,观察角膜上皮缺损的病例96例(包括点状缺损、和片状缺损),随机分成小牛血去蛋白提取物眼凝胶治疗组(48例),碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)滴眼液治疗组(48例),小牛血去蛋白提取物眼凝胶及bFGF滴眼液均点眼4次/d,用药后第1、3、5、7、10、14天观察上皮缺损修复和患眼局部症状、体征等指标,疗程最长14d。结果小牛血去蛋白提取物眼凝胶治疗外伤、手术和化学、机械性损伤导致的角膜上皮缺损有效率91.3%;小牛血去蛋白提取物眼凝胶与bFGF眼液治疗角膜上皮缺损病变疗效基本相同,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗过程中未发现有明显的局部刺激和全身不良反应。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物眼凝胶是治疗角膜上皮缺损有效而安全的药物。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of protein-free calf blood extract eye gel for corneal epithelial defect(CED). Methods Nniety-six cases of CED(18 eyes with chemical injury,27 eyes with traumatic and operative injury,13 eyes with keratitis and 28 eyes with other causes) were randomly divided into two groups :48 eyes were treated by bFGF,48 eyes by protein-free calf blood extract eye gel only for comparison. The bFGF and protein-free calf blood extract eye gel were used 4 times a day. The longest treatment course was 14d. Epithelial defect restoration, local symptom and sign, etc, were observed on 1,3,5,7,10,14d. Results (1) There was no significant difference(P〉0. 05) between the two groups ; (2) Ocular local stimulates and general side effect were not observed within the treatment course. (3) The effective rate of protein-free calf blood extract eye gel for CED with the chemical burn, traumatic, perative injury and keratitis was 91.3 %. Conclusion Protein-free calf blood extract eye gel is valuable and safe for CED.
