摘要
目的检测妊娠期孕妇被动吸烟的适于胎龄儿脐血有核红细胞(NRBC)数量,并探讨柯替宁水平与NRBC数量关系。方法通过问卷方式,随机选择孕妇94例,分为被动吸烟组(53例)和对照组(41例),观察记录2组新生儿发育情况并采集新生儿脐静脉血进行血细胞参数、NRBC数量和柯替宁水平检测。结果被动吸烟组新生儿体重低于对照组(P<0.05),脐血NRBC数量较对照组多(P<0.05)。脐血柯替宁与被动吸烟量呈正相关(r=0.04,P<0.01);脐血NRBC数量与被动吸烟程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论孕妇妊娠期被动吸烟可引起新生儿脐血NRBC数量增加,增加程度与被动吸烟量无关。
Objective To determine the nucleated red blood cell (NRBC) counts of passive smoking pregnancy and to study the relationship between cotinine concentration and nucleated red blood cell counts. Methods The demography of neonate were recorded. Cord vein blood of neonates were collected in passive smoking group( n = 53) and non-smoking group ( n = 41) were detected for complete blood cell index, nucleated red blood cell counts and cotinine concentration. Results The passive smoking neonates had lower birth weight than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05) and higher nucleated red blood cell counts ( P 〈 0.05). NRBC counts in cord vein blood were significantly higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0.05). The concentration of cotinine in cord vein blood was positively related with passive smoking amount ( r = 0.04, P 〈 0.01 ), however, NRBC counts in cord vein blood was not related with passive smoking degree ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Passive smoking in pregnant period could cause the increase of nucleated red blood cell counts and the increase degree is not related to passive smoking amount.
