摘要
采用一种新颖的气泡液膜反应器,用FeCl3·6H2O和FeCl2·4H2O为原料,NH3·H2O为沉淀剂,油酸铵为包覆剂,制得了疏松型纳米Fe3O4胶囊粒子(LN—Fe3O4)。对其进行了元素分析、FTIR、XRD、TEM、EPR和VSM测定。结果表明,平均每5.6个Fe3O4分子,就有1个油酸根负离子与Fe3O4纳米粒子表面的1个正离子结合。纳米Fe3O4粒子具有面心立方晶体结构,晶面间距为9.37nm,g因子为2.27,σs为47.47emu/g,σr和Hc均为0。LN—Fe3O4作为起始物用于批量生产磁性液体。
Use of a novel Gas Bubble Liquid Membrane (GBLM) process, the preparation of loose nano-Fe3O4 encapsulation particles (LN-Fe3O4) was carried out from FeCl3·6H2O, FeCl2·4H2O,NH3·H2O and Cl7H35COO-NH4^+. The characters of LN-Fe3O4 were determined by means of elemental analysis, FTIR, XRD, TEM, EPR and VSM. On the basis of the experimental results, it was indicated that on the average, the molecular number of oleate/that of Fe3O4 is equal to 1/5.6. There are chemical bonds between cations on surfaces of nano-Fe3O4 particles and oleate anions. Nano- Fe3O4 particle has face-centered cube crystal structure, The average granularity of Fe3O4 particles was found to be 9.37nm, g factor to be 2.27, σs to be 47.47emu/g,σr and Hc to be 0. LN-Fe3O4 has been applied as the starting material to prepare ferrofluid in batches,
