摘要
为了揭示气流引纬过程中气流对纬纱的牵引力,通过搭建流体测试实验台,利用CYG系列压力传感器,张力测试仪,对置于Tsudakoma(津田驹)型主喷嘴中的4种纱线进行静态淹没式射流测试,并对纬纱在受到气流作用力下的情况,建立纬纱牵引力的数学模型。测试结果表明:喷嘴口径及纬纱直径是影响纬纱牵引力的因素,当供气压力在0.3~0.45 MPa时,Cf值随着气流速度的增加而减小。
Showing the force of air-jet looms lead to weft, by using the fluid test bench and CYG sensor, force measurement device ,the main nozzle is carried on the static mergence jet flow test to Tsudakoma and four kinds of weft, mathematics modeling is carried on the weft force of traction theoretical model, nozzle diameter, weft diameter is the factor which influences weft force, when the provide pressure between the 0.3- 0.45 MPa, Cs low down influenced by air velocity.
