产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的耐药性分析及发展趋势

摘要 目的了解产ESBLs(超广谱β-内酰胺酶)大肠埃希菌的耐药情况及发展趋势,为产ESBLs菌的监控和治疗提供依据。方法收集我院三年来门诊及住院患者各类标本中分离的产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌(共144株),采用纸片扩散(K-B)法进行药敏试验。结果产ESBLs菌耐药严重,并且有逐年上升趋势。结论定期进行细菌耐药性的检测,有助于指导临床合理应用抗生素。 Objective To understand the drug-resistance condition of ESBLs-producing Escherichia colt (ultrabroad-spectrum β-lactamase) in our hospital as well as its ongoing tendency so as to provide proofs for monitoring and treating ESBLs-producing bacteria. Methods We collected ESBLs-producing Escherichia coll (144 strains) isolated from all kinds of specimens of inpatients and outpatients for 3 years in our hospital and performed drug sensitivity test by paper-diffusion (K-B) method. Results ESBLs-producing bacteria were greatly resistant to drugs with the tendency of going up yearly. Conclusion Periodic assay of the drug-resistance to bacteria will help guide reasonable administration of antibiotics clinically.
