摘要
LS-DYNA可以满足用户对某些材料本构关系子程序开发的要求。本文首先编制了各向同性线弹性材料本构模型子程序,计算单轴拉伸作用,得到材料子程序开发的可行性;另外主要编制了飞机风挡材料采用的具有应变率效应的非线性粘弹性朱-王-唐本构模型,结果能很好地对朱-王-唐模型进行描述,特别是应变率对该模型的影响。并用于真实风挡的计算,得到的数值结果与试验值比较吻合。
Based upon LS-DYNA, user can be satisfied his requirs that empolder some materials constitutive relation's subprogram. Though calculated ordinary tensile loading linear elastic constitutive relation' s subprogram, feasibility of material subprogram' s development is obtained; Nonlinear viscoelastic's ZWT constitutive model which used in aircraft windshield and has a strain rate dependence is written, and ZWT is described point-device, especially, effect in stain rate. It is used to calculating the real windshield, agreement with the numerical calculation is very good.
