摘要
目的:探讨光源透过不同表面处理的陶瓷介质对光固化树脂颜色稳定性的影响。方法:制作厚度1.0mm的热压铸瓷片,以光固化灯透过或不透过不同处理的瓷片(A组:无介质;B组:喷砂;C组:喷砂+HF酸蚀;D组:喷砂+HF酸蚀+硅涂层)照射光固化复合树脂40s。用色度计测量固化后树脂试件的即刻颜色,随后将其浸泡于红酒中,分别在第1天、第5天、第10天、第15天再次测色,计算色差值并进行统计分析比较。结果:各实验组不同浸泡天数的色差值均不相同(P<0.05),而相同的浸泡天数中各实验组之间的△E值并无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论:不论是否存在热压铸瓷介质和不论陶瓷采用何种表面处理,固化的树脂于红酒中浸泡5d后均发生肉眼可察觉的明显颜色变化,但相互间并无显著差异。
Objective: To the color stability of composite resin using ceramic discs as light transmission intermedia. Methods: A heat pressed ceramic disc with 1.0mm thickness was fabricated. 20 composite resin test pieces were irradiated directly (Group A) or indirectly with a LED light source for 40s through the ceramic discs after different surface treatment including sandblasting (Group B), sandblasting + HF etching (Group C) and sandblasting + HF etching + silica coating with sol - gel process ( Group D). Changes in the color of test samples were determined after storaged in red wine for lday, 5days, 10days and 15days using the CIE -Lab system by a colorimeter. The results were analyzed by one -way analysis of variance and LSD multi - compareison. Results: The color change of resin disks immersed for different days was significantly different among four groups( P 〈0.05 ). For the same immersed time, △E was no different among each group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Surface treatment to heat pressed ceramic with thickness less than 1 mm would not change the color stability of light -curing composite resin.
