摘要
中国是亚洲地区政治最为稳定、市场潜力最为庞大、资源最为丰富的国家,与东盟许多国家接壤,东南亚华人与大陆具有同文、同种的文化背景。因此,东南亚多数华人企业集团将中国作为其企业经营方向与结构的战略调整的重要区域。本文拟就东南亚华商对华投资的区位选择、产业特征、动因及其对中国经济发展的作用进行分析。
China is a country with most stable politics; a huge potential market and a abundant resources in Asian region,which borders on many ASEAN countries.And oversea Chinese in southeast Asia has the same cultural and racial background with the mainland.So a multitude of-overseas Chinese enterprise groups in southesst Asia regard China as an important region for the operation direction of enterprises and the strategy adjustment of structure.The paper analyses the local option, the industrial character and the motive of oversea Chinese businessmen in Southeast Asia and its effects on Chinese economic development.
