摘要
在甲苯氧化制备苯甲酸的实验中,利用季铵盐氯化苄基三乙铵(TEBA)作为相转移催化剂,KM-nO4作为氧化剂.考察了TEBA用量、高锰酸钾用量、反应温度、反应时间对反应的影响.得出最佳反应条件:反应温度为90℃,反应时间2小时,KMnO4与甲苯的摩尔比为2.5∶1,季铵盐TEBA与甲苯的摩尔比为1∶10时,产率达72.1%.
The synthesis of Benzoic acid from toluene by KMnO4 in the presence of phase transfer catalyst (TEBA) was reported. The effects of TEBA amount, KMnO4 am aunt, reaction temperature and time on the yield of benzoic acid are investigated. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of potassium permanganate to toluene was 2.5 : 1, The molar ratio of TEBA to toluene 1 : 10. The reaction at 90℃ for 2 h. the yield of benzoic acid was 72.1%.
