摘要
采用自制的纳米表面施胶剂DS-SS610与氧化淀粉配制成表面施胶液进行表面施胶,探讨了表面施胶剂用量、离子环境、淀粉种类等条件对表面施胶效果的影响。结果表明,当DS-SS610与氧化淀粉的质量比为2%时,应用效果好,性价比高。在阴离子环境、中性环境、弱阳离子环境下及与阳离子淀粉匹配时应用效果最好。
DS-SS610 is a nucleus shell type nano-meter grade surface sizing agent that is prepared by a special technology. Compared with common surface sizing agents, it is more effective to enhance the surface strength, stiffness and water resistance of the paper. It also can eliminate the two sidedness and increase the printability of the paper. The best performance and best properties/prices ratio can be achieved when 2% of DS-SS610 is added to oxidized starch. The surface sizing agent can perform well in anionic, neutral and weak condition, but can not perform well in strong cationic condition. The best application result of the surface sizing agent is attained when it is used together with cationic starch ; when it is used together with oxidized potato starch or oxidized tapioea starch the application result is better than that of unmodified starch.
