摘要
本文就儿科学临床见习阶段学生对儿科学见习不重视、学生在对患儿问诊查体时难于取得患儿家长或患儿的配合及为学生做示范教学的病种和病例数量有限等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,包括引导和培养学生正确的学习动机,教育学生全面掌握临床基本技能,激发学生学习兴趣,提高教师自身素质等。教师针对学生在检查诊断患儿时出现的问题进行专题教育,以争取患儿及其家长的配合;教师适时进行病例讨论式教学,在带教中扩充教学资源,建立教学伙伴等,以提高儿科学见习阶段的教学质量。
This paper analyzes such issues as the students＇ neglecting the importance of pediatrics clinical clerkship, the students＇ failing to get cooperated by the parents and the young patients in examining, and has no varieties and numbers of diseases available for teaching, and suggests certain solutions such as helping the students build up a proper study reason, training them with all-round clinical skills, working them up with learning interest, and paying attention to the development of teacher themselves, making special lectures on examine and diagnose, winning over the parents＇ cooperation, arranging seminars concerning special cases, enlarging teaching sources, and building up academic partnership to improve the quality of teaching in pediatrics clinical clerkship.
