大型氢氧化铝稀相流态化焙烧炉用高温耐磨浇注料的研制

摘要 针对大型气态悬浮焙烧炉主炉、辅炉用耐磨浇注料,以电熔棕刚玉(5-8mm、3-5mm、≤0.074mm)、特级矾土(1-3mm、≤1mm)、SiO2微粉、α-Al2O3微粉、CA-80水泥为主要原料,主要对SiO2微粉、α-Al2O3微粉和CA-80水泥的加入量进行了试验。结果表明通过优化SiO2微粉、α-Al2O3微粉和CA-80水泥的加入量,研制出了体积密度、线变化率、耐压强度、抗折强度、抗热震性以及耐磨性能均好于国外同类型的大型气态悬浮焙烧炉用高温耐磨浇注料,并且成本上仅比国外同类型高7.4%,可以在生产上推广使用。 Wear resistant castables for main and assistant furnaces of large gaseous suspension calciner were prepared by using fused brown corundum(5-8 mm,3-5 mm and ≤0.074 mm),super grade bauxite(1-5 mm and ≤1 mm),brown corundum powder (≤0.074 mm),silica fume,α-Al2O3 micro-powder and CA-80 cement.The additions of silica fume,α-Al2O3 micro-powder and CA-80 cement were researched.The results show that:by optimizing their additions,high temperature wear resistant castables with preferable bulk density,linear change rate, crushing strength, modulus of rupture, thermal shock resistance andwear resistance than the same kind product at abroad were prepared. Its cost was only 7. 4% higher than DCL-55 refractory castables,and can be put into use.
