Simulation of Vibrating Screen Mechanism Kinetics

摘要 为了方便地了解机构的动力学特性,以惯性振动筛为例,研究了MATLAB中基于Sim-Mechanics的机构动力仿真方法,建立了仿真模型,设置各项参数后进行了仿真,并得出了正确的结果。与其他方法相比,最大的优点是无需建立机构运动的数学模型和编制程序,具有系统建模方便直观、仿真功能强大等特点,能大大减轻设计人员的工作,为机械系统的建模仿真提供一个强大而方便的工具。 The vibrating screen mechanism is taken as an example for the purpose of finding out the kinetic characteristic conveniently, the solution of mechanism kinetic simulation based on SimMechanics is studied. Simulation model is given. After the setting of all simulation parameters, the simulation is carried out, and the correct result is obtained. Compared with the others simulation solutions, the most advantage of SimMechanics is that it needn' t do mathematical model of mechanism kinematical and program. It has the powerful advantage of convenient and visual modeling function, powerful simulation function and so on, also it can quite release a designer,it can be a powerful and convenient tool in mechanical system analysis and simulation.
