念珠菌性外阴阴道炎阴道分泌物中IL-10和IFN-γ的表达水平测定 被引量:5

Expression Level of Interleukin-10 and Interferon-gamma in the Vaginal Secretions of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis Patients

摘要 目的:测定念珠菌性阴道炎阴道分泌物中白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的表达水平,探讨不同类型细胞因子的表达水平与念珠菌性阴道炎发病的关系。方法:ELISA法检测初发组和复发组念珠菌性阴道炎的妇女阴道分泌物中IL-10I、FN-γ的表达水平,以健康体检妇女为对照组。结果:初发和复发念珠菌性阴道炎的阴道分泌物中IL-10的表达水平均显著高于健康对照组,复发组较初发组的表达水平也有显著性差异(P<0.05);初发和复发念珠菌性阴道炎的阴道分泌物中IFN-γ的表达水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),但均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Th1型和Th2型细胞因子的表达异常可能与念珠菌性阴道炎发病和复发有关。 Objective: To detect the level of interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) in the vaginal secretions of vulvovaginal candidiasis patients and to investigate their relationship with the pathogenesis of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods. The expression level of the IL-10 and IFN-γ in the vaginal secretions from vulvovaginal candidiasis patients was detected by ELISA and compared with that from normal controls. Results. The level of IL-10 and IFN-γ in original and recurrent groups of vulvovaginal candidiasis was significantly and respectively higher than that in normal controls (both P〈0.05) ; the level of IL-10 in recurrent group was higher than in original group, while no significant difference in the IFN-γ between recurrent and original group was found (P〉0.05). Conclusion. The abnormal expression of the Th1 and Th2 cytokines might participate in the pathogenesis and the recrudescence of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
