摘要
作者研究出一种化学度Ni—Ci—P三元合金的配方,对相关性能进行了比较,其抗氧化性优于铜表面,可焊性优于同等条件(镀液中不含铜盐)的Ni—P镀层,而蚀性也优于Ni—P镀层.
Telative properties were compared.oxidation-resistance is beter than copper surface,the solderability and anticorrosion is better that In-P film.
