为了上好大学就业指导课,亟需建立一支师德高尚、业务精湛、梯队合理的教师队伍．就业指导课老师除了大学教师共有的素养外,还应具有:掌握人才市场,知识深厚、广博,勇于探索、创新,擅长心理沟通。
In order to get into a good career guiding course in university, it is urgent to build a teachers contingent worthy of the name, with superb business and in reasonably echelon. In addition to the quality of total employment of university teachers, the career guiding teacher should also have the quality of grasping the human resources market, deep and broad knowledge, bold and innovative, and being good at mental communication.
