摘要
在疲劳裂纹扩展公式基础上,结合理论导出的裂纹扩展门槛值ΔKth的关系式,得出一个描述疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN与材料性能常数间的关系式,该关系式可用于预测已知材料的疲劳裂纹扩展速率。用30CrMnSiNi2A钢对上述da/dN预测表达式进行实验验证,结果表明上述关系式是可行的。
In the present study,the relation between fatigue crack propagation rate and material properties constants was put forword based on the fatigue crack propagation formula developed by zheng and Hirt,which reveals that the fatigue crack propagation rate may be predicted from material properties constants and loading conditions.The 30CrMnSiNi2A steel was used to substantiate the validity of the developed relation,it was shown that the fatigue crack propagation rate predicted by the relation were in good agreement with test measuring results.
