摘要
目的提高低年资护士静脉穿刺一次成功率,减少重复静脉穿刺给病人带来的痛苦。方法对毕业1~2年并取得护士执业证书的低年资护士,实施3个月“一对一”指导的强化培训。结果92名低年资护士静脉穿刺一次成功率由90.22%提高到98,19%;病人满意度由67.75%提高到94.93%。结论“一对一”指导的强化培训模式是提高低年资护士静脉穿刺一次成功率的有效方法。
Objective To increase the success rate of intravenous puncture among junior nurses and reduce the pain of patients due to repeated puncture. Methods A three - month intensified "person - to - person" training mode was implemented for 92 junior nurses with certificate. Results The success rate of intravenous puncture raised from 90.22% to 98.19%. Patients' satisfaction raised from 67.75% to 94.93%. Conclusions The intensified "person - to - person" training mode is proved to be an effective means to increase the success rate of intravenous puncture among junior nurses.
