摘要
目的降低内镜使用中发生的交叉感染,探讨预防感染的措施。方法制订和完善内镜室管理制度,加强内镜消毒设施的投入;组织人员培训,规范清洁消毒工作程序。结果医院内镜清洗消毒工作逐步实现了标准化和规范化管理,内镜消毒灭菌合格率由流程改进前的96.95%上升到改进后的100.00%,感染率由流程改进前的2.01%下降为零。结论严格执行内镜清洗消毒技术操作程序及防护措施,可以预防内镜使用中发生的医院感染。
Objective To reduce the cross - infection rate due to the usage of endoscope and explore the measures of irfection control. Methods The following measures were carried out,including establishing and perfecting the regulations of endoseopes room, increasing the investment of disinfection instruments for endoscopes,training the personnel and standardizing the procedures of cleaning and disinfection. Results This practice standardized the cleaning and disinfection of endoseopes. As a resuh,the qualified rate of disinfection for endoseopes raised from 96.95% to 100.00% ,and the infection rate decreased from 2.01% to zero. Conclusion Strict implementation of the procedures of cleaning and disinfection for endoscopes and precautions measures can prevent the cross - infection due to the usage of endoseopes.
