摘要
借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,对H型钢冷却过程进行了有限元模拟,分析了3种冷却方案下H型钢温度场的分布及其变化规律,其中最优方案的数值模拟结果与试验数据吻合较好。分析结果对于掌握H型钢的冷却规律、开发控制冷却技术具有实际指导意义。
The temperature field of H-beam during cooling was simulated by using ANSYS analysis soft ware. The distribution and change of temperature field in three different cooling project were analyzed. The best result was compared with the experiment dates. The good agreement of two kinds of valuse are obtained.
