摘要
介绍了模板化设计思想,在UG平台上开发了汽车覆盖件模具的模板库,建立了包含标准件和标准结构的素材库,实现了模具结构的模板化设计。通过对某车型B柱加强板拉深模设计的实际应用,证明模板化技术可简化模具设计过程,提高设计效率,提高模具设计的标准化程度。
The templating design concept was presented. An UG-based template database containing the raw data of standardized parts and components and standard die structures was developed for automobile metal sheets. The application of templating design in the drawing die for an automobile B-typed pillar gusset plate shows that the templating technology can simplify the die design process, raise the design efficiency and increase the extent of standardization.
