摘要 目的:研究超临界CO2萃取荷叶最佳萃取工艺及其萃取物的化学成分。方法:采用均匀设计法以萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为因素,考察超临界CO2萃取荷叶的最佳萃取工艺条件并对萃取物进行GC-MS分析。结果:最佳萃取工艺为:萃取压力26 Mpa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间90 min。并且从萃取物中分离出37个可识别峰,共鉴定26个成分,主要成分为1-乙基-1H-吡咯-2-甲醛。结论:采用均匀设计方法可以快速、准确地确定超临界CO2萃取技术萃取荷叶的最佳工艺,为荷叶进一步开发利用提供实验依据。 Objective: To study the optimum parameters of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of lotus leaves and chemical constituents of extractive matters. Methods: Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction condition was selected by uniform design. The extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time were three factors in the experiment. GC-MS was applied for analyzising the extraction. Results: The optimum condition were obtained: the extraction pressure was 26 Mpa, the extraction temperature was 40℃, the extracion time was 90 minutes. The major constituent was ^1H-Pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde, 1-ethyl-in extractive matters. Conclusion: Uniform design can optimize the CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction process quickly and accuratly with satisfactory results.
